Privacy Policy

Information you give us. When you fill out a form on our site or book a call, we collect:

• Your first and last name
• Your email address and phone number
• Your practice name and website
• The services you’re interested in
• Your practice’s address, if you choose to give it
• Whether you agreed to receive text messages from us
• Anything you write to us or tell us on a call

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, our hosting provider logs basic technical data: your IP address, your browser and device type, the pages you view, and when you viewed them. Our form and booking tools also record which page you came from.

Public information about your practice. When you ask for an audit, we review public information about your practice, such as your website, Google Business Profile, online reviews, social media accounts, and search results.

Patient information. Don’t send us patient information. We don’t need it to audit your marketing or write a proposal, so leave it out of our forms, emails, and texts.

We use your information to:

• Prepare the marketing audit and proposal you asked for
• Schedule and hold strategy calls
• Follow up with you by email about your audit, your call, and our services
• Send you text messages, if you agreed to receive them on our form
• Answer your questions and keep a record of our conversations
• Keep this site running and secure
• Meet our legal obligations

We don’t sell your personal information.

We share your information only with companies that help us run our business, and only so they can do that work for us:

• GoHighLevel (LeadConnector): our CRM, website form, booking calendar, email, and text messaging
• Google Workspace: our email, calendar, and file storage
• Calendly: call scheduling
• Vercel: hosting for this website
• Supabase: our internal database for prospects and projects
• SendGrid: delivery of our internal email notifications
• n8n: workflow automation connected to our website form

We also use team messaging tools, research tools that look up public information about your practice, and AI tools that help us research and write audits and proposals.

We also share information if the law requires it, if we need to protect our rights or someone’s safety, or if our business is merged or sold.

We don’t share mobile information, including your mobile number, your text-message opt-in, and your consent, with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

The sharing described above does not include text-message opt-in data and consent. We don’t share that information with any third party, except the texting service that sends our messages for us.

Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Our full SMS Terms are in our Terms of Service.

Our website form, booking calendar, and embedded YouTube videos come from other companies, and those companies can set their own cookies.

We may also use analytics and ad-measurement tools from Google and Meta. These tools use cookies to count visits and measure how our ads perform, and the companies behind them can collect information about your activity across websites over time.

• Email: click the unsubscribe link in any of our marketing emails, or email us. We’ll still email you about a call you booked or work you asked for.
• Text messages: reply STOP to any text. Reply HELP for help.
• Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Our form and booking calendar may not work without them.
• Do Not Track: our site doesn’t respond to browser Do Not Track signals.

We keep your information while we’re talking with you about working together, and after that for as long as we need it for the reasons in this policy. If you become a client and your client agreement says something different about your information, the agreement controls.

We keep a record of opt-outs so we can honor them. When we no longer need your information, or when you ask us to delete it, we delete it unless the law requires us to keep it.

• Send you a copy of the personal information we have about you
• Correct it
• Delete it
• Stop emailing or texting you

We’ll respond within 30 days. Before we send, correct, or delete your information, we’ll confirm the request came from you.

We limit access to your information to the people and service providers who need it, and we use encrypted connections and access controls. No system is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee your information will never be exposed.

This site is for businesses and isn’t meant for children. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you think a child has sent us information, email us and we’ll delete it.

When we change this policy, we’ll post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top.
